Job Summary: A professional responsible for receiving and organizing materials, inventory control, issuing purchase orders, and providing administrative support on civil construction projects. Administrative and financial support * Experience working on civil construction projects; * Proficiency in Excel and general computer literacy; * Completed high school education; * Responsibilities: Receiving materials delivered by suppliers and verifying invoices against order specifications; organizing the inventory to preserve material integrity according to each material’s characteristics, as well as facilitating location and handling; submitting reports on material allocation in the storehouse along with respective costs; organizing documents and records, supporting quotation and procurement of materials and services, equipment rental, issuing purchase orders, registering suppliers, recording invoices, assisting in workforce attendance tracking, and other duties related to the position.
