Responsible for coordinating teams and service orders, monitoring performance indicators, ensuring accurate activity logging, and resolving incidents—thereby promoting efficiency, information reliability, and continuous improvement of commercial processes. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Supervise the execution of the concessionaire's field commercial services, ensuring quality, productivity, and compliance with defined operational standards. * Monitor activities including disconnections, reconnections, inspections, bill deliveries, field collections, connections, replacements, and other commercial services under the area’s responsibility. * Ensure appropriate scheduling, distribution, and tracking of service orders for both in-house and outsourced teams. * Monitor productivity, timeliness, quality, recurrence, regularization, and effectiveness indicators for executed services. * Collaborate with registration, billing, revenue collection, revenue assurance, and customer service departments to align requirements and resolve incidents. * Monitor accurate logging of field activities, supporting evidence, service order closures, and data consistency across company systems. * Supervise service providers and contracts within the area, ensuring adherence to scope, quality, and contracted service levels. * Support handling of complaints, rework, registration inconsistencies, and other incidents related to commercial services. * Develop controls, reports, and performance analyses, proposing actions for continuous process improvement. * Promote operational discipline, safety, and team development under one’s supervision. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Engineering, Logistics, or related fields. * Experience in field commercial services, billing, collections, operational customer service, or commercial routines—preferably in sanitation, energy, gas, or utility sectors. * Knowledge of commercial service orders, disconnections and reconnections, inspections, surveys, regularization, and field routines. * Experience supervising in-house and outsourced teams and monitoring productivity and quality indicators. * Strong organizational, prioritization, and results-oriented capabilities. * Good communication skills and ability to interface effectively with customers, operational teams, and administrative departments. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with commercial systems, field mobility solutions, and service order management is desirable. * Proactive, analytical profile with a continuous improvement orientation. * Prior experience in concessionaires or regulated public service companies is desirable. * Willingness to work on-site in Salgueiro/PE and/or Ouricuri/PE. * Driver's License – Category B **Additional Information** **BENEFITS:** Medical assistance; Dental assistance; Life insurance; Transportation allowance; Meal voucher and/or food allowance; Profit-sharing program (PLR); **VITA Sertão** is the sanitation concessionaire created to drive development in Pernambuco’s Sertão region.
