KPI monitoring and preparation of management reports **Key Responsibilities:** * Map, review, and standardize operational processes across stores and administrative departments; * Implement and monitor internal controls, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable laws; * Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and propose continuous improvements; * Prevent losses (breakages, waste, deviations, and fraud); * Develop and conduct internal audits across units; * Perform inventory counts; * Support leaders and teams in correctly executing processes; * Train and guide employees on operational procedures; * Identify opportunities to reduce costs and increase productivity; * Prepare management reports and present results to senior leadership.
