Developing financial analyses and reports We are seeking a Financial Analyst to work in a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) environment, with a focus on financial services. The professional will be responsible for supporting the financial activities of client companies, ensuring accuracy of accounting records and compliance with tax obligations. Responsibilities * Perform bank, accounts payable, and accounts receivable reconciliations * Prepare and present financial indicator analyses (costs, revenues, and classifications) * Prepare financial reports and statements of results * Assist in cash flow control and financial planning * Monitor invoice issuance, ensuring alignment with accounting records * Collaborate in budget preparation and financial forecasting * Execute activities related to collections and payments * Support cost and expense analysis for the company * Address client inquiries regarding financial matters (payment scheduling, bill issuance, clarifying cash flow-related questions, and sending reports) Requirements * Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, or related fields * Minimum 6 months of experience in operational financial routines and cash flow management * Solid knowledge of banking operations, accounts payable/receivable, and reconciliation * Analytical ability and attention to detail * Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team * Organizational skills and proactivity
