Development of financial analyses and reports We are seeking a Financial Analyst to work in a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) environment, with a focus on financial services. The professional will support client companies' financial activities, ensuring the accuracy of accounting records and compliance with tax obligations. Responsibilities * Perform bank reconciliations and reconciliations of accounts payable and receivable * Prepare and present financial performance indicator analyses (costs, revenues, and classifications) * Prepare financial reports and results statements * Assist in cash flow control and financial planning * Monitor invoice issuance to ensure alignment with accounting records * Collaborate in budget preparation and financial forecasting * Execute activities related to collections and payments * Support cost and expense analysis for the company * Address client requests regarding financial matters (payment scheduling, bill issuance, clarification of cash flow-related queries, and report delivery) Requirements * Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, or related fields * Minimum of 6 months' experience in operational financial routines and cash flow management * Solid knowledge of banking operations, accounts payable/receivable, and reconciliation * Strong analytical skills and attention to detail * Good communication skills and ability to work in a team * Organized and proactive
