Job Summary: Support quality and industrial production consulting, evaluate production capabilities, map processes, and manage projects and quality with a results-oriented focus. Key Highlights: 1. Support and assistance in quality and industrial production consulting. 2. Process mapping and quality management and ISO 9001. 3. Hybrid work arrangement involving remote work, office work, and on-site work at manufacturing plants. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Support and assist in quality and industrial production consulting processes; Evaluate production capabilities; Process mapping and BPM notation; Lean manufacturing; Quality management and ISO 9001; Quality tools; Project management; Internal consulting management; Performance measurement and KPIs; Failure analysis. **REQUIREMENTS:** Learning ability, results orientation, problem-solving skills, organization and time management, interpersonal communication, and emotional intelligence. Currently enrolled in Production, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering. **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, from 7:45 AM to 3:00 PM (with a 1-hour break).
