Apply now and accelerate your career with us! **Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities** Coordinate Quality department activities; Manage the Quality team; Ensure compliance with technical and regulatory standards; Customer relationship management; Guarantee process and product excellence at the Pernambuco facility; Cross-functional involvement **Requirements and Qualifications** **What We Seek** Bachelor’s degree completed in **Mechanical Engineering** or **Electrical Engineering**; A postgraduate degree is considered a plus; Quality tools: **FMEA, Control Plan, SPC (Statistical Process Control), IATF 16949**; Knowledge of **industrial processes**, **metrology**, **quality laboratory**, and **customer interface**.
