




Job Summary: This position aims to train professionals to perform technical or agricultural management functions within Finoagro’s mango and grape farming operations, developing competencies in productive routines and crop management. Preparation for technical or agricultural management roles Develop technical and operational competencies related to mango and grape cultivation, including monitoring of productive routines, crop management processes, and Finoagro’s agricultural practices. This role aims to train professionals capable of assuming technical or management positions within agricultural operations in the future. **Mandatory Qualification:** * Completed or near-completion undergraduate degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Engineering, or related fields. **Desirable Knowledge:** * Basic understanding of agricultural management. * Fundamental knowledge of mango and/or grape cultivation. * Familiarity with field routines, irrigation, and pest/disease identification. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office for data recording and monitoring. **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitor daily field activities for mango and grape crops. * Execute and support routines related to irrigation, plant nutrition, pruning, cultural practices, and phytosanitary management. * Participate in agronomic analyses (soil, leaf, pests, diseases, and phenology). * Assist in implementing and maintaining Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) and certification requirements. * Support supervisors and team leaders in field operational activities. * Record information, monitor key performance indicators, and assist in operational controls. * Participate in internal training sessions, capacity-building programs, and rotations across specific areas of agricultural operations. * Support continuous improvement projects and process standardization. **Secondary Responsibilities (as applicable):** * Support internal and external audits. * Participate in agronomic trials, internal studies, field experiments, and productivity assessments. * Monitor post-harvest activities and complementary processes, as required.
