During the talent pool validity period, candidates may be called for positions in other units within the same region, with possible adjustments to benefits, schedules, or workload, as required. **What We Expect From You?** **Desired Profile:** * **Mandatory academic qualification:** Completed Technical Course in Mechanics OR Technical Course in Occupational Safety. * **Desirable:** NR 18, NR 35, Scaffolding Assembly, and Driver’s License Category B * **Main responsibilities:** Implement the teaching process to achieve educational objectives and professional competencies outlined in the pedagogical plan. Plan, prepare, and deliver classes in training, upgrading, and specialization courses. Diagnose learning needs, interests, and potential by analyzing the socio-educational context; design and administer assessment tools; and issue evaluations. Research up-to-date bibliographies, techniques, technologies, inputs, and raw materials relevant to the field of expertise and aligned with the teaching context. Develop learning situations, pedagogical scripts, and lesson plans according to SENAI’s internal procedures. Design and plan pedagogical resources and sequences essential for instructional activities. Develop and apply diversified learning assessment instruments. Monitor and evaluate students’ learning levels throughout the educational process. Plan and execute Technical and Technological Services (TTS) and consultancy activities according to identified needs and institutional procedures. Plan and deliver courses and/or lectures within the area of expertise. Provide excellent service to internal and external clients * **Mandatory experience:** Minimum of 6 months of documented experience in the technical field or teaching. * **Desirable experience:** Professional experience in Modular Scaffolding Assembly. * **Desired knowledge:** In-depth knowledge of the field of expertise; mastery of teaching methodologies and educational technologies; ability to develop lesson plans and pedagogical activities; capacity to administer assessments and interpret results; familiarity with educational legislation. * **Flexibility and availability:** Required for travel. **What We Offer:** * **Remuneration:** R$19.73 per hour * **Working hours:** 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM * **Benefits:** Dental care; Meal allowance or food voucher (based on working hours); Day Off; Childcare allowance; Corporate University; Payroll-deductible loan; Private pension plan; Career development plan. **Selection Process: Eliminatory Stages** * All communication will occur exclusively via email.
