Supervising outsourced maintenance services and construction works **Join CPFL Group and Boost Your Career!** **Transmission Line Maintenance Technician I** Work Location: Passo Fundo/RS Work Model: On-site Company: CPFL Transmissão – A company of CPFL Energia Group **Prerequisites:** * Technical diploma in Electrotechnology, Mechanical Engineering, or Electro-Mechanical Engineering (completed); * Valid CFT (Technical Safety Certificate); * Valid Class C driver's license; **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:** * Execute preventive maintenance activities on transmission lines as specified in the maintenance plan, per instructions from the maintenance engineering team, including right-of-way vegetation clearance and lateral vegetation removal that may jeopardize the operational safety of transmission lines. * Perform low-complexity corrective maintenance on transmission lines and substations, as well as switching operations at substations. * Perform medium- and high-complexity corrective maintenance on transmission lines and substations under the guidance of a Level III Technician or responsible Engineer. * Conduct inspections on transmission lines and record any anomalies found. * Supervise maintenance, construction, and improvement works on transmission lines and rights-of-way performed by third-party companies, as well as monitor, support, and supervise commissioning activities for new projects, reinforcements, and improvements to transmission lines and rights-of-way, under the guidance of a Level III Technician or responsible Engineer. * Prepare technical reports documenting failures and defects, under the guidance of a Level III Technician or responsible Engineer. * Perform maintenance on energized transmission lines and substations using live-line methods—contact, distance, or potential—under the guidance of a Level III Technician or responsible Engineer. **What We Offer:** * Transportation Allowance; * Meal Voucher; * Medical Assistance; * Dental Assistance; * Childcare Assistance (subject to eligibility rules); * Life Insurance; * Profit-Sharing Program (PLR); * Gympass; * "Fale Comigo" Program (free, confidential telephone-based advisory service covering psychological, legal, financial, and social support). **Learn About Us:** We operate in the Brazilian electric power sector and boast a solid history since 1912, contributing to the development of cities and states we serve through solutions in **power generation, transmission, distribution, energy trading, and service provision.** Since 2017, the Group has been part of State Grid—the world’s largest electric power company—strengthening our growth strategy and leadership position in the Brazilian electricity sector.
