Job Summary: Responsible for controlling the entry and exit of people, goods, and vehicles, verifying documentation and operating the highway weighbridge. Key Responsibilities: 1. Access control and documentation of people, goods, and vehicles. 2. Operation of highway weighbridge and weight analysis. 3. Guidance on safety rules and report preparation. We are seeking an Access Controller \- Weighbridge Operator to join our team. Based in Sorocaba, reporting to the LATAM Corporate Security Manager, you will be responsible for performing entry and exit control activities for people, goods, and cargo vehicles, verifying supporting documentation (e.g., invoices and other documents), recording required data in designated systems, in accordance with established norms and procedures. Perform entry and exit control of people (visitors, contractors, and employees), verifying supporting documentation, recording information in a dedicated system, and ensuring necessary access permissions in accordance with established norms and procedures. Perform entry and exit control of cargo vehicles, verifying supporting documentation, recording information in a dedicated system, and ensuring necessary access permissions in accordance with established norms and procedures. Operate the highway weighbridge, ensuring weighing upon entry and exit of cargo vehicles, in accordance with established norms and procedures. Analyze and record, in a dedicated system, the weight values indicated by the highway weighbridge and those stated in accompanying cargo documentation, ensuring release of cargo vehicles in accordance with established norms and procedures. Provide guidance, whenever necessary or requested, to visitors, contractors, and employees regarding vehicle movement and maneuvering rules and procedures within the facility. Provide guidance, whenever necessary or requested, to visitors, contractors, and employees regarding Corporate Security rules, procedures, and policies. Prepare and distribute, whenever necessary or requested, reports related to movements and records associated with the Social Gate and Cargo Gates. Organize, digitize, and archive, whenever necessary, documents related to activities under your responsibility. Implement necessary measures for accident prevention and mitigation, including ensuring emergency service access during crisis situations (e.g., fires) or emergency drills and evacuation exercises. Record, in a dedicated system, incidents related to non-compliance with established norms and procedures, including discrepancies in cargo weight. Who Are We Looking For?
