Job Summary: Perform preventive and corrective electronic maintenance, troubleshoot faults, and support continuous improvement of industrial equipment and processes. Key Highlights: 1. Initially named Auerbach \& Werner—combining the names of its German-origin owners: engineer Paul Werner and blacksmith Ernst Auerbach—the company grew and incorporated steel into its production line, changing its name to Electro Aço Altona in 1933\. Thus emerged Santa Catarina's first steel foundry and one of Brazil's earliest.
