Job Summary: Kitchen Assistant for a hotel, responsible for food preparation, kitchen sanitation, organization, and team support, in compliance with hygiene standards. Key Highlights: 1. Assist in food preparation and plating for the hotel menu 2. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food inventory control in the kitchen 3. Support the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations The hotel is seeking a Kitchen Assistant in Blumenau (Downtown). **Responsibilities:** Assist in food preparation according to the hotel menu. Sanitize, cut, and sort ingredients. Support dish and meal plating. Maintain kitchen and utensil cleanliness and organization. Wash dishes, pots, and equipment as needed. Monitor food expiration dates and proper storage. Restock supplies used in production. Follow food hygiene and safety regulations. Support the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations. Previous experience as a Kitchen Helper, Kitchen Assistant, Kitchen Support Staff, or Food Preparer may indicate suitability for some of the duties in this position. High school diploma required.
