Sanitize, cut, and sort ingredients. Support dish and meal plating. Maintain kitchen and utensil cleanliness and organization. Wash dishes, pots, and equipment as needed. Monitor food expiration dates and proper storage. Restock supplies used in production. Follow food hygiene and safety regulations. Support the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations. Previous experience as a Kitchen Helper, Kitchen Assistant, Kitchen Support Staff, or Food Preparer may indicate suitability for some of the duties in this position. High school diploma required.
