Job Summary: This position will assist the team and management by providing support in various administrative services, customer interaction, and document organization. Key Highlights: 1. Work Location: Itajaí, Santa Catarina **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist the team and management by supporting various services; * Schedule appointments, type memos, complete forms, documents, and spreadsheets; * Contact internal and external customers as needed; * Draft and dispatch correspondence; * Resolve issues of very low complexity; * File documents; * Locate documents in the filing system; * Perform photocopying and digitization; * Receive visitors, take and relay telephone messages; * Assist with booking and purchasing transportation tickets, accommodation, and transfers for employees and visitors. .
