Job Summary: A professional responsible for implementing solutions and managing client relationships to ensure excellent service delivery and continuous improvement of quality management processes. Responsibilities Responsible for online implementation of 8Quali with clients; Pursue continuous improvement in the after-sales process; Engage with clients to deliver excellent service; Continuously maintain and evaluate implementation processes, proposing improvements when identified; Strategically manage clients to ensure their satisfaction with the products and services provided by 8Quali; Ensure that problems with 8Quali services identified by clients receive appropriate internal handling.
