Work Location: Itajaí, Santa Catarina **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist the team and management by supporting various services; * Schedule appointments, type memos, complete forms, documents, and spreadsheets; * Contact internal and external customers as needed; * Draft and send correspondence; * Resolve issues of very low complexity; * Archive documents; * Locate documents in the archive; * Perform photocopying and digitization; * Receive visitors, answer and relay telephone messages; * Assist in booking and purchasing travel tickets, accommodation, and transportation for employees and visitors. .
