Key responsibilities include: \- Develop and integrate systems that meet business needs;\- Design and implement deployment projects, ensuring adherence to best practices;\- Create and execute improvement plans aimed at optimizing system utilization, monitoring implemented actions;\- Conduct strategic project planning aligned with business requirements;\- Negotiate with vendors for service procurement and resource allocation, as well as develop contingency strategies and procedures;\- Plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities for machines, equipment, utilities, power networks, and building infrastructure;\- Research and identify emerging technologies applicable to driving corporate innovation;\- Evaluate and monitor internal projects focused on improvements and automation across various departments;\- Audit information security items to ensure data integrity;\- Maintain LGPD compliance, ensuring all internal protocols and processes—and those of technology vendors—are up to date.
