MAINTENANCE CONSULTANT - FAST FOOD NETWORK

Join our team We are looking for a Maintenance Consultant to provide technical and structural support to our restaurants, ensuring facility preservation, full equipment functionality, and maintenance process oversight with a focus on quality, agility, and results. This is an opportunity for professionals with a technical profile, strong organizational skills, operational awareness, and field execution capability—directly supporting unit performance. Key Responsibilities * Provide maintenance support to franchise restaurants; * Control and monitor maintenance costs in each restaurant’s P\&L, comparing budgeted vs. actual expenditures; * Ensure facility preservation across units by tracking service requests, execution progress, and vendor performance; * Lead technical training sessions for equipment and maintenance procedures; * Support start\-up of machinery and equipment for new restaurants and sales points; * Contribute to preventive maintenance scheduling for civil structures, machinery, and equipment; * Develop and monitor the CMP (Scheduled Maintenance Calendar) and the digital SMP (Scheduled Maintenance System); * Act to ensure strong performance and successful outcomes in maintenance\-related audits. Requirements * Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Engineering, or related fields; * Knowledge of Operations environment; * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency; * Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B); * Experience in fast food restaurants. Eligibility * Minimum 1 year of experience as Coordinator, Specialist, or Technical Staff in maintenance-related roles, with extensive maintenance knowledge.
