Job Summary: Assist the Industrial Maintenance Mechanic in performing preventive, corrective, and improvement activities on industrial equipment and facilities, ensuring operational continuity and preservation. Key Highlights: 1. Support preventive and corrective maintenance of industrial machinery. 2. Collaborate in organizing the department and controlling parts/tools. 3. Perform inspections, technical cleanings, and basic adjustments on equipment. * Completed high school; * Studying or completed Industrial Mechanics (preferred); Assist the Industrial Maintenance Mechanic in performing preventive, corrective, and improvement activities on industrial equipment and facilities, including plastic grinding and extrusion machines and the effluent treatment system. Collaborate in organizing the department and controlling parts and tools to ensure operational continuity and equipment preservation. Responsibilities: · Conduct periodic inspections of industrial machines and equipment. · Assist in identifying wear or issues, recording information and reporting to the responsible mechanic. · Prepare tools and materials for maintenance execution. · Assist in disassembling and assembling mechanical components. · Perform technical cleanings and minor component replacements. · Carry out equipment lubrication and basic adjustments. · Assist the mechanic during mechanical or hydraulic failure analysis, providing operational support. · Assist in assembling and installing mechanical and structural components, ensuring workplace organization. · Support adjustments and configurations of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. · Maintain the maintenance department organized. · Complete preventive and corrective maintenance records. · Assist in preparing parts for welding. · If qualified, perform minor welding tasks under supervision. · Strictly comply with safety regulations, using PPE and collective protective equipment as per internal procedures. · Support proper disposal of waste generated during maintenance. **Hazardous work allowance (BRL 648.40)** **Meal voucher (BRL 500.00)** Group life insurance Position available for regular business hours Monday through Friday (8 AM–5 PM), Saturdays (8 AM–12 PM) Employment type: Permanent CLT contract Salary: BRL 2,700.00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Meal voucher Selection question(s): * Do you reside in Indaial?
