Autonomy and encouragement of innovation We are looking for an **IT Analyst** to work at a smalltech company dedicated to serving B2B clients, with strong emphasis on the Information Security department. **Responsibilities:** * Corporate client support: Remote access and on-site visits. * Maintenance: Preventing failures (hardware/software), performing preventive and corrective maintenance on computers and laptops (e.g., replacing HDDs with SSDs, exercising extreme care during disassembly/reassembly). * Installation and Configuration: Installing and configuring operating systems (Windows 10, 11, 7, XP) and applications (Office, Acrobat, etc.). * Networking Knowledge: Installing and configuring networking equipment (network printers, entry-level routers, access points). * 360-Degree Perspective: Improving business-aligned processes by identifying potential issues (e.g., a voltage stabilizer nearing failure). * IT Best Practices: Thinking critically, exploring multiple solutions (where possible), selecting the optimal path, and acting decisively. * Revenue Generation: Identifying sales opportunities for products/services (e.g., recommending equipment replacement) that generate commission. * Proposal Support: Discussing repair proposals with clients following technical diagnosis. * Occasional After-Hours Work: Scheduled maintenance during special hours (e.g., Sunday morning for critical systems) or extended support beyond regular hours (compensated via time bank). Requirements: **Technical Skills:** * Ability to install and configure operating systems (Windows) and applications. * Ability to perform preventive and corrective hardware maintenance on computers and laptops. * Knowledge of networking and basic IT equipment (routers, access points, printers, barcode scanners).
