Identify, assess, and manage technical risks and issues that may affect the project’s successful completion. Communicate effectively with all stakeholders—including the project team, senior management, and clients—to keep them informed about progress and any project changes. Ensure the project is completed on time and within budget, and meets or exceeds established technical standards. Provide technical guidance and support to the project team. Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and improvements for future projects. Develop executive architectural projects and complementary projects. Validate products and budgets, and coordinate project integration. Collaborate with architects and other professionals in project coordination.
