Job Summary: An Architecture and Urbanism professional for developing and coordinating architectural projects, with a focus on industrial layouts and supporting buildings. Key Highlights: 1. Technical architectural project development 2. Multidisciplinary project coordination 3. Technical support to the engineering team **Main Responsibilities:** * Development of architectural projects; * Creation of industrial layouts and supporting buildings; * Coordination of architectural projects with structural disciplines; * Technical support in defining architectural assumptions; * Analysis and compliance with legislation. * Participation in internal technical meetings and client meetings. **Requirements:** * Degree in Architecture and Urbanism; * Experience in technical architectural project development; * Basic proficiency in Revit, BIM, and AutoCAD; * Knowledge of multidisciplinary project coordination; * Support to the engineering team in preparing descriptive memoranda, technical reports, and project documentation. **Compensation:** * Salary: R$ 50.00 to R$ 60.00 (per hour) \- 180 hours/month. * Health insurance. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Thursday: 08:00 to 18:00 * Friday: 08:00 to 17:00 Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree Health Insurance
