Job Summary: The Project Analyst plans, organizes, executes, and monitors construction projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards—from initial analysis through problem resolution and risk management. The **Project Analyst** is responsible for planning, organizing, executing, and monitoring projects within the construction company, ensuring completion within schedule, budget, and expected quality. Responsibilities span from initial analysis and requirements gathering to execution monitoring, including identification and resolution of issues, risk management, and communication of activity progress to stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities:** * Coordinate engineering and architectural projects, ensuring technical integration across disciplines and preventing interferences during construction; * Develop and prepare projects, including technical details and construction solutions, aligned with project needs and company guidelines; * Critically review received projects to ensure compliance with technical standards, company specifications, and constructability; * Monitor weekly construction progress, identifying and resolving pending items in collaboration with site teams and designers. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture and Urban Planning, or related fields; * Experience in construction companies, particularly in analysis and coordination of large-scale residential and commercial building (vertical) projects; * Experience interfacing with designers and suppliers, supporting development and revision of technical projects; * Proficiency in AutoCAD and ability to read technical drawings.
