Develop strategies to maximize the sales team’s performance, including market segmentation, outreach approaches, and prospect engagement strategies. Monitor team performance, conduct ongoing training and feedback sessions, ensuring each member’s professional development. Track key performance indicators (KPIs), such as conversion rate, sales volume, and customer satisfaction. Manage the sales process, ensuring all opportunities are properly qualified, tracked, and converted into sales. Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer support teams to optimize the customer journey and increase sales. Ensure alignment of the Inside Sales strategy with the company’s overall objectives. Prepare performance reports, including detailed analysis of results and corrective actions when necessary. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields. Prior experience in inside sales or commercial roles, preferably in leadership positions. Proven team management skills, with a focus on results and people development.
