Pro Import is a company specialized in foreign trade, focusing on the import and export of diverse products. With an experienced team, it provides comprehensive solutions to meet its customers' needs. **Responsibilities:** Responsible for ensuring good customer relationships after sale completion. Will monitor orders, provide administrative and operational support, resolve inquiries, track deliveries, and contribute to customer retention, guaranteeing a positive post-sales experience. Provide customer service via telephone, email, and other channels, offering support and clarifying doubts. Manage contracts, registrations, and commercial documents. Initiate warranty processes. Open insurance claims. Follow up on technical/mechanical procedures. Approve Service Orders on the Blump platform. Collaborate with logistics, finance, and sales departments to ensure rapid and effective solutions. Contribute to increased customer satisfaction and retention. Previous experience as Commercial Assistant, Commercial Analyst, Sales Assistant, or Commercial Coordinator may indicate alignment with some activities of this position. High school diploma required.
