




Job Summary: We are looking for a Level 1 Technical Support professional to provide internal support, resolve issues, and perform hardware maintenance—with a focus on revolutionizing mobility. We seek individuals eager to revolutionize how professionals move around the world! **Responsibilities and Duties** **What You’ll Do:** * Provide Level 1 technical support and assistance to internal users (IT Support N1\), handling requests related to workstations, operating systems, and corporate software; * Support Windows environments; familiarity with Linux and/or macOS at the desktop level (installation, configuration, and troubleshooting) is desirable; * Perform hardware maintenance tasks (diagnosis, component replacement, and coordination with vendors for warranty claims when required); * Log, track, and escalate technical tickets to vendors and responsible teams (Level 2 and Level 3 Support\), ensuring proper follow-up and timely user feedback; * Assist in configuring and validating communication resources (e.g., phone extensions, basic operational rules) in collaboration with specialized vendors; * Conduct routine checks, maintain an updated asset inventory, and monitor IT service performance indicators; * Support identification of recurring failures and assist in preparing technical documentation and reports; * Support interns in technical tasks and day-to-day troubleshooting; * Interact with users professionally and collaboratively; **Requirements and Qualifications** **Basic Requirements:** * Prior experience in end-user technical support (IT Support / Help Desk / Service Desk), preferably at mid-level; * Experience supporting corporate software and applications, including daily diagnostic and problem-resolution capabilities; * Knowledge of desktop and notebook hardware (no advanced electronics expertise required); * Basic English proficiency for reading and understanding technical manuals and procedures; * Familiarity with Linux and macOS environments will be considered a plus; * Ability to interact with users courteously, clearly, and empathetically; **Additional Information** **Our Benefits Package:** * Meal/food allowance via Flash card; * Sulamérica Medical and Dental Plan; * Total Pass; * Remote work allowance via Flash card; * Mental health support (VOLL Care); * Education assistance through VOLL Education; * Group life insurance; * Financial consulting through our partner Leve; * 6-month maternity leave; * 20-day paternity leave (Our parental leave policy applies equally to same-sex couples). * Vacation accrual starting at 6 months; * Birthday off. **Diversity at VOLL** At VOLL, we value every individual and their uniqueness, fostering an environment that respects diversity and individuality.
