Job Summary: The professional will conduct internal audits of operational processes for vehicle rental companies, identifying risks, non-conformities, and improvement opportunities, thereby contributing to operational efficiency. Opportunity to identify risks and propose actionable recommendations Conduct internal audits of the vehicle rental company's operational processes, including fleet management, maintenance, customer service, logistics, and documentation: * Identify risks, non-conformities, and improvement opportunities within audited processes. * Assess compliance with internal policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and external regulations. * Prepare clear and objective audit reports with actionable recommendations for correcting and preventing deviations. * Monitor implementation of corrective and preventive actions arising from audits. * Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal controls and operational efficiency. Education: * Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Accounting Sciences, Production Engineering, Logistics, or related fields. * Postgraduate degree in Auditing, Project Management, or Fleet Management is a plus. Desirable: * Certifications in Internal Auditing (CIA), Risk Management (CRMA), or Quality (ISO 9001); Specific knowledge of transportation legislation and routing regulations (Brazilian Traffic Code, CONTRAN resolutions, etc.) * Regulatory compliance (DENATRAN, CONTRAN, ANT – National Land Transport Agency, where applicable). * Fleet management systems (functionalities, reports, KPIs). * Accounting and tax standards applicable to the vehicle rental sector. * Proven experience in internal or external auditing. Technical Knowledge: * Vehicle Rental Processes: In-depth knowledge of the rental lifecycle (reservation, pickup, return, billing, maintenance, claims). * Documentation Management: Familiarity with CTe (Electronic Freight Bill), CRV (Vehicle Registration Certificate), licensing, insurance, and other vehicle-related documents. * Vehicle Safety Standards: Knowledge of fleet safety regulations and best practices. * Environmental Legislation: Basic understanding of emissions standards, waste disposal, and energy efficiency requirements applicable to vehicles. * Corporate Client Contracting: Understanding of terms and conditions in long-term and dedicated fleet rental contracts. Valid Driver's License Willingness to travel. Employment Type: Permanent CLT Salary: R$4.000,00 - R$6.000,00 per month
