Focus on continuous process improvement and efficiency **Logistics Analyst** ***Job Objective*** Plan, coordinate, and execute the company’s logistics activities, covering transportation, warehousing, distribution, and inventory control. The primary focus is to ensure operational efficiency, cost reduction, and continuous process improvement through KPI monitoring. ***Key Responsibilities*** Operations and Planning: Execute daily logistics planning and optimize delivery routes. Collaborate with production and commercial teams to align delivery deadlines and progress. Perform container inspection checklists and system-based vehicle release. Coordinate mobilization and demobilization of field equipment and teams. Control and Maintenance: Ensure proper condition and maintenance of fleet and field equipment. Monitor preventive and corrective vehicle maintenance for company-owned vehicles. Manage transportation documentation and service provision records (freight, Munck services, etc.). Management and Metrics: Present monthly performance indicators (KPIs) in management meetings. Conduct financial control of freight and maintenance costs. Issue rental invoices (outbound/return) and manage third-party purchase orders. Requirements and Qualifications Education: Completed high school (minimum). Experience: Minimum of 1 year in logistics or related functions. Technical Knowledge: Logistics and supply chain management. Operational cost optimization. Safety regulations and strategic planning. Negotiation skills. **Desired Profile (Soft Skills)** Assertive Communication: To interact effectively with suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
