




Job Summary: This position supports HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, internal communication, KPIs, and occupational health, while also assisting with corporate events and asset control. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive support in Human Resources processes 2. Active participation in internal communication and corporate events 3. Asset and infrastructure control and management * Assist in the employee onboarding process by coordinating infrastructure requests to relevant departments, corporate identity items (ID badges, signatures, uniforms, etc.), and time clock registration; * Support the employee offboarding process by verifying the return of company assets and organizing required documentation; * Assist in internal communication, endomarketing, and culture dissemination initiatives aligned with the company’s strategic guidelines, submitting appropriate template and design asset requests to the Marketing department; * Maintain HR department KPI spreadsheets using necessary information to adequately support management decision-making; * Assist in the correct execution of legal procedures and documentation for Occupational Health, supporting periodic medical exam tracking and employee referrals to the company’s contracted clinic; * Support corporate events by providing assistance across all stages—from vendor contracting to event conclusion; * Support infrastructure asset control not covered by the Information Technology department by updating the inventory spreadsheet to allocate resources according to company needs; * Assist in the distribution, replacement, and receipt of equipment and tools required for employees’ daily activities; * Request motorcycle courier services as needed by departments and track related orders.
