Maintain communication with drivers, customers, and internal team **Job Description** The Driver Assistant will support transportation and delivery operations by assisting the driver in daily routines, ensuring organization, safety, and efficiency during loading and unloading processes, as well as providing appropriate customer service. **Main Responsibilities** * Assist the driver with goods deliveries and pickups; * Load and unload products, ensuring goods integrity; * Verify invoices and shipment quantities during delivery; * Support vehicle organization and proper cargo stowage; * Assist with route planning and adherence to delivery schedules; * Maintain effective communication with the driver, customers, and internal team; * Ensure vehicle cleanliness and maintenance; * Comply with company safety, health, and internal procedures.
