Register now and join our team! **Responsibilities and Duties** As a **Planning Intern**, you will: * Attend meetings and verify whether handover minutes and Coordination Regulations have been prepared; * Update the company’s database (clients and suppliers); * Update project pending task lists; * Monitor and follow up on project document checklists; * Update schedules and control spreadsheets; * Assist in preparing and issuing management reports; * Support project managers in administrative activities and contract-related tasks. **Requirements and Qualifications** Required education: * Completed high school minimum.
