Machine Operator

Description

Job Summary: Operate, adjust, and maintain various packaging machines to ensure production pace and product quality, following procedures and safety standards. Key Highlights: 1. Operation and adjustment of Alfatech, Serpack, Teckpak, and other machines 2. Strict quality control and production pace management 3. Machine and component maintenance and assembly Prepare, adjust, and operate Alfatech and Serpack (jar and pouch), Teckpak, inserter, General Master GM 680, capping machine, and tunnel machines; control the scheduled daily production pace; ensure the quality of manufactured products; monitor and document the entire process on control forms according to internal procedures; hold back any products exhibiting abnormalities; perform disassembly and assembly of machines and their components; and, when necessary, support colleagues within the department, all in compliance with the company's safety, environmental, and established procedural standards, to achieve production targets while prioritizing product quality.
