Job Summary: Professional responsible for operating, setting up, and adjusting CNC machining machines to ensure precision and quality in part production, performing inspections and maintenance. Interested? **Then \#Vemprafibra!** Operate, set up, and adjust CNC machining tools and machines. Material handling, storage, and manipulation within the department. Update tool layout diagrams. Document activities on production control sheets. Sharpen drills and milling cutters. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the area, tools, and machines. Perform drilling operations. Machine non-series and high-precision parts, as well as electrodes for electrical discharge machining (EDM). Measure high-precision parts. Conduct inspections. Determine raw material requirements for machining. Organize, control, and request tools and instruments. Operate tool-lifting equipment, toolroom milling machines, and electrical discharge machining (EDM) equipment. Adjust cutting parameters. Perform tool testing and control. Signal the need for program adjustments and machine/equipment maintenance. Perform corrective and preventive tool maintenance. Cut threads on parts. Grind parts. Assist in polishing, adjustment, and closing of plastic injection molds. Requirements: 4 years. Knowledge of measurement, technical drawing reading and interpretation; Knowledge of machining processes; CNC machining centers; Milling machines; Tool materials; Knowledge of 3D/2D modeling software; Familiarity with Mitsubishi and Heidenhain controls; Knowledge of heat treatment of materials; Knowledge of electrical discharge machining (EDM). Education: Completed Technical Course in Mechanical Engineering. Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 14:00 to 23:48
