If you’re passionate about people, human development, organizational culture, and strategic recruitment; if you enjoy creating positive experiences and believe in the impact HR can generate within companies… this opportunity may be for you! * **️ Key Responsibilities:** ✅ Lead recruitment and selection processes for operational, administrative, and strategic positions; ✅ Perform resume screening and competency-based interviews; ✅ Support organizational culture and internal climate initiatives; ✅ Develop and monitor DHO (Human Development and Organization) and employee experience initiatives; ✅ Assist in training, onboarding, and development activities; ✅ Create and publish job openings on platforms and social media; ✅ Prepare reports, metrics, and area follow-ups; ✅ Support leaders in people management-related processes; ✅ Contribute to strengthening team culture and engagement. Requirements: * Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR Management, or related fields. * Prior experience in human resources (minimum 6 months). * Familiarity with HR platforms and systems. * Strong communication skills, organization, and analytical mindset. **Expected Behavioral Competencies:** * Proactivity and sense of urgency. * Active listening and empathy. * Effective time management and task prioritization. * Consultative approach when engaging with leaders. * Clear and welcoming communication.
