Check out the details about this position: * Analyze rules, contracts, and manuals from Health Insurance Providers to validate authorization requests; * Receive, verify, and register documents for opening and tracking authorization processes; * Digitize and archive documentation and reports, ensuring information organization and traceability; * Monitor hospitalized patients, discharges, and surgical procedures, tracking their respective authorizations; * Control and follow up on pending items with Health Insurance Providers, ensuring timely approvals; * Monitor Health Insurance Providers’ closing schedules and audits; * Request quotations for special materials, orthoses, and prostheses required for surgical procedures; * Communicate and confirm authorizations with internal and external clients and involved teams; * Maintain management systems and controls updated with accurate and reliable information; * Provide support to Scheduling, Surgical Center, Procurement, Patient Services, Medical Teams, and Billing departments regarding authorization-related matters; * Monitor authorization progress to prevent impacts on billing; * Ensure compliance with institutional quality standards, organization requirements, and established deadlines. **Requirements and Qualifications** If you believe care begins with preparation and intention, this may be the right place for you. To care with us, it is important to have: Completed High School; Higher education completed or in progress in Hospital Administration, Business Administration, Information Management, Finance, or Health Services Management (preferred); Intermediate Office Suite proficiency; Knowledge of ANS regulations and SIMPRO, BRASÍNDICE, TISS, TUSS, AMB, and CBHPM coding tables; Familiarity with authorization processes involving Health Insurance Providers, hospital administrative routines, and management systems; Ability to analyze documents, manage processes, and monitor indicators. **Additional Information** **Location:** Maringá \- PR **Work Model:** On-site Our care begins at home, delivering the best for our people.
