Perform support activities in the beer manufacturing process, such as preparation of raw materials and inputs, loading and unloading of materials, cleaning and organizing the workplace, product packaging, and other operational tasks—contributing to uninterrupted operations and achievement of production targets while adhering to quality best practices, safety standards, and procedures. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist in preparing raw materials and inputs for the beer manufacturing process. * Support material handling and transportation. * Assist operators with operational tasks as directed. * Identify and correct minor mechanical, electrical, or automation issues to ensure continuity of production, reporting more complex problems. * Verify sufficient material availability for production and perform replenishment as needed. * Check whether products meet the company’s quality specifications (pH, density, temperature, extract). * Prepare products for shipment and ensure proper packaging. * Assist in loading and unloading goods. * Perform cleaning and organization of production areas, equipment, and utensils. * Report any anomalies or issues observed during the process. * Comply with company-defined safety and quality standards. * Remove and dispose of waste generated during service execution at appropriate locations. * Ensure proper custody, maintenance, preservation, and cleaning of work-related equipment, tools, and materials. * Work in compliance with quality best practices, safety standards, and procedures. * Carry out other related activities according to the specific responsibilities of the operational unit, nature of the work, and location/subsystem of the area, as directed by superiors. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Education: Completed high school. * Experience: No prior experience required; factory environment experience preferred. * Competencies: Attention to detail, teamwork, proactivity. **Additional Information** * Life Insurance * Transportation Allowance * On-site Cafeteria * Health Plan * Dental Plan Cerpa Brewery is a Brazilian beverage manufacturer based in the Amazon region, which—through its history spanning over 58 years—has become synonymous with quality.
