Verify cargo before departing on the route. Ensure proper transportation of food items (refrigerated, frozen, or dry). Follow established routes and schedules. Collect signatures on invoices and delivery receipts. Receive payments when required. Maintain vehicle preservation and cleanliness. Report incidents occurring during deliveries. Previous experience as a Driver, Delivery Driver, Freight Driver, or Transportation Driver may indicate suitability for some activities in this position. High school diploma required.
