A healthy dining establishment in Belém is seeking a Doorman Agent. **Responsibilities:** Manage the entry and exit of customers, suppliers, and staff. Perform badge, authorization, or reservation verification whenever necessary. Provide guidance to customers and visitors regarding restaurant operations and access protocols. Supervise internal and external areas adjacent to the entrance to ensure safety. Record incidents and movements in control systems or spreadsheets. Notify internal teams in emergency situations or upon observing suspicious behavior. Maintain order and people flow, preventing overcrowding and unauthorized entries. Protect the safety of customers, employees, and the restaurant's assets. Comply with internal security, hygiene, and conduct policies. Collaborate to create a safe, organized, and welcoming environment for all present. Previous experience as a Security Guard, Doorman, Security Agent, or Access Controller may indicate alignment with some duties of this position. High school diploma required.
