Support in serving internal and external customers **Description:** **Mandatory Requirements:** Aged between 14 and 22 years; Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; Availability to work either in the morning or afternoon shift; High school (currently enrolled or completed) or currently pursuing higher education; Compliance with the work schedule (4 hours/day) at the workplace and during the qualification course; Attendance at the qualification course guided by the partner institution, CIEE (once per week). **Desirable:** Interest in administrative routines. **Note:** Upon hiring, the apprentice will undertake an apprenticeship program. This program complies with legal apprenticeship regulations, integrating professional training and work.
