Monitoring of market share and diverse sales Supervise the team to achieve established targets, ensure market share and other strategic objectives of the commercial department, and continuously pursue team development. **Unit: Cometa Motocenter.** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Main Activities:** * Supervise, motivate, and guide all members of your team to achieve the dealership’s and their own objectives and targets. * Supervise and monitor the dealership’s market share and all types of sales of products under your responsibility. * Supervise all types of product and service sales to public and private companies (e.g., public tenders, sales to CNPJ and CPF). * Understand and monitor the dealership’s, sales points’, and manufacturer’s employee climate and customer satisfaction surveys. And other activities related to the role. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What you need to have:** Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Experience in customer service. Experience in people management and development. Familiarity with negotiation techniques.
