If you have energy, a strong desire to grow, and the drive to make things happen, we want to meet you. **We Offer:** Cost-of-living allowance of BRL 500.00; Sales commission. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Lead, engage, and develop the team; * Ensure excellent customer service and a positive customer experience; * Monitor goals and KPIs, acting strategically; * Plan and execute in-store campaigns, commercial activities, and events; * Organize the store and accurately manage cash handling. ### **Technical Requirements** * Completed high school education; * Experience in retail store management (preferably fashion), including sales and customer service; * Active, dynamic, and results-oriented profile, with attention to detail and organizational skills; * Autonomy to make daily decisions; * Creativity to propose campaigns, initiatives, and strategies, along with digital marketing and social media skills; * Willingness to learn, grow, and make things happen. ### **Behavioral Profile** * Ability to lead and inspire people, promoting engagement and high performance; * Balanced conflict management, focusing on constructive solutions and maintaining a positive organizational climate; * Clear, empathetic, and assertive communication; * Organization, responsibility, and results orientation; * Proactivity and strategic vision; * Team spirit and professional conduct as a role model. ### **Benefits** * Cost-of-living allowance * Commission Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
