Job Summary: Lead and manage a retail point of sale (POS), ensuring implementation of guidelines, processes, and team performance—with focus on results and excellence. Key Highlights: 1. Experience with a renowned beauty franchise group **Mission**: Lead a retail location (store/kiosk), ensuring adherence to franchisor guidelines and operational standards, while supporting the team in carrying out daily activities. **Main Responsibilities**: * Lead sales consultants’ team, including: managing individual and POS performance indicators * Analyze performance indicators * Provide regular individual feedback * Propose and implement corrective actions * Participate in online and/or in-person training sessions * Ensure team participation in training programs * Manage store(s) social media accounts * Maintain inventory cleanliness * Organize and control product expiration dates * Ensure proper financial cash management at the store * Support store renovations/maintenance * Guarantee compliance with franchisor requirements regarding service standards, brand image, store(s), team, and all points assessed during audits * Interface with municipal agencies (e.g., commercial association, fire department, etc.) * Recruit, select, hire, and terminate staff * Manage employee timekeeping * Customer service and sales * Manage and participate in periodic inventory counts * Occasionally participate in external events and campaigns, among others * Resolve conflicts * And other duties. **Mandatory Requirements** * Commercial leadership profile, motivated by goals and high-performance delivery * Results-oriented mindset * Commitment to continuous learning * Analytical ability * Affinity with the beauty industry * Familiarity with social media platforms * If female, enthusiasm for wearing makeup daily * Basic Microsoft Office proficiency **Desirable Requirements** * Knowledge of recruitment and selection * Basic understanding of labor laws **Desirable Behavioral Competencies** * Creativity * Proactivity * Collaborative spirit * Effective communication skills * Commitment to company standards and processes * Strong time and daily task management skills * Resilience The **Calusa Group** is a company with over 40 years of history and a franchise partner of the Boticário Group, seeking talents driven to deliver excellence.
