




Job Summary: Lead and manage a point of sale (PDV), ensuring implementation of guidelines and processes, while supporting the team in carrying out activities. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity to join a group recognized in the beauty sector **Mission**: Lead a point of sale (store/kiosk), ensuring compliance with franchisor guidelines and processes according to established standards, and supporting the team in carrying out activities. **Main Responsibilities:** * Lead the sales consultant team by performing: individual and PDV performance indicator management * Indicator analysis * Regular individual feedback * Proposal and execution of corrective actions * Participation in online and/or in-person training sessions * Ensuring team participation in training sessions * Management of store(s) social media accounts * Ensuring inventory cleanliness * Organization and expiration date control of products * Ensuring financial cash control at the store * Support during store renovation/maintenance * Ensuring compliance with franchisor requirements regarding service standards, brand image, stores, team, and all points evaluated during audits * Interface with municipal agencies (e.g., commercial association, fire department, etc.) * Recruitment, selection, hiring, and termination of staff * Staff timekeeping management * Customer service and sales * Inventory management and participation in periodic inventories * Occasional participation in external events and activities, among others * Conflict resolution * Among others. **Mandatory Requirements** * Commercial leadership profile motivated by goals and high-performance delivery * Results-oriented * Commitment to continuous learning * Analytical ability * Affinity with the beauty market * Affinity with social media * If female, enthusiasm for wearing makeup daily * Microsoft Office (basic) **Desirable Requirements** * Knowledge of recruitment and selection * Basic knowledge of labor laws **Desirable Behavioral Competencies** * Creativity * Proactivity * Collaborative spirit * Effective communication * Commitment to company standards and processes * Strong time and daily activity management skills * Resilience The **Calusa Group** is a company with over 40 years of history and a franchise partner of the Boticário Group, seeking talents motivated to deliver excellence.
