Develop and implement technical safety training programs, including Daily Safety Talks (DDS) and awareness initiatives. Ensure employees use PPE and inspect fire protection equipment to reduce risks to workers' safety and physical integrity. Develop health and safety campaigns to raise awareness about regulations, hazards, and working conditions, while monitoring and evaluating training effectiveness.
