Personal and professional growth through training and feedback **RSG Brasil** **Maringá / PR** **Client: Construction Wood Industry** **Position: External Relationship Consultant** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Manage and administer your client portfolio (architects, engineers, and designers), focusing on prospecting and relationship-building with key regional professionals. * Understand the operational region, competitors, partner profiles, and prevailing commercial policies. * Participate in trade fairs and events (national and local). * Daily administration of the strategic relationship tool, CRM. * Enhance brand presence in the region through relationship-building. * Manage the store's social media accounts (Instagram). **REQUIREMENTS:** * Professional or student in architecture, interior design, or with experience in sales. * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and SketchUp. * Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work in teams, proactivity, effective communication, prior sales experience, and enthusiasm for engaging with people at construction sites, offices, and events. Your primary focus will be serving architects, engineers, and interior designers. * Aptitude for delivering presentations and public speaking. * Must reside in or have easy access to Maringá.
