### **Job Description**
Payroll Management: • Preparation, verification, and processing of payroll, including salaries, benefits, deductions, and social charges; • Calculation of vacation pay, 13th salary, contract terminations, and other labor rights; • Issuance of payslips, wage statements, and other payment confirmations; • Preparation of managerial reports on payroll. Hiring and Termination: • Execution of new employee onboarding procedures, including document collection and system registration; • Drafting of employment contracts and other mandatory documents; • Oversight of contract terminations, ensuring compliance with labor legislation; Document Management: • Organization and archiving of labor-related documents, such as employment contracts, registration forms, time cards, and others; • Issuance of certificates and other documents requested by employees or public agencies; • Updating employee records in the company’s system. Ancillary Obligations: • Submission of ancillary obligations to Social Security (INSS), FGTS, PIS, and other public agencies, according to established deadlines; • Preparation and submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports; • Maintenance of up-to-date company registrations with public agencies.
### **Prerequisites**
• Education: Completed high school diploma in Administration, Human Resources, or related field; • Knowledge: Brazilian labor legislation, ancillary obligations, and occupational health and safety regulations; • Experience: Prior experience in HR Department; • Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, detail-oriented, and proactive skills; • Computer Proficiency: Proficiency in office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR department software.
