**WHAT WILL YOU DO ON A DAILY BASIS?** Your main responsibilities include: implementing occupational health and safety policies within the organization, conducting safety inspections, managing ASOs (Occupational Health Certificates), developing health and safety initiatives and campaigns, controlling documentation related to the area, investigating and analyzing accidents, delivering various training sessions, facilitating safety dialogues, collaborating with the Internal Commission for Accident Prevention (CIPA), mediating safety-related matters involving representatives, and recommending preventive and control measures. **WHAT DO YOU NEED TO STAND OUT WITH US?** * Completed Technical Course in Occupational Safety; * Minimum 24 months of experience in Occupational Safety; * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency; * Active registration with the Ministry of Labor and Employment; * Completion of NR10, NR12, NR20, and NR33 courses is desirable; * Knowledge of mining operations; **WHAT DO WE OFFER YOU?** * On-site meals; * Commuter transportation; * Health insurance plan; * Dental insurance plan; * TotalPass; * Life insurance; * Benefits club. **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday, from 07:00 to 16:00. **WORK LOCATION:** CSN – Congonhas This position is open to people with disabilities and individuals rehabilitated by INSS.
