This recognition reflects our commitment to employee well-being and our relentless pursuit of excellence and impact in everything we do. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:** * Procure materials, equipment, and services — from supplier development through purchase order/contract finalization; * Conduct low- to medium-complexity negotiations; * Prepare and analyze quotation comparison charts to assess pricing, delivery timelines, and quality across suppliers; * Monitor supplier performance (KPIs), verifying adherence to delivery schedules and quality standards; * Identify cost-reduction opportunities and risk mitigation strategies within the supplier portfolio; * Draft standard contracts and specific terms to safeguard organizational interests; * Review third-party-proposed clauses, assessing associated risks and compliance with current legislation; * Maintain and update contract templates for various service types or partnerships. **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related fields; * Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; * Relevant experience in the field; * Experience with integrated systems is desirable. **BENEFITS:** * Amil health insurance plan * Dental insurance plan * Meal/voucher allowance * Transportation allowance via Caju card * Gympass membership * Corporate university * Extended paternity leave, including for adoptive fathers * Emotional wellness program with 40% discount * Human-centered and collaborative culture.
