Review the profile below and apply! **Education** Completed undergraduate degree in Information Technology (Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields). **Mandatory Experience for This Role:** Minimum 3 years of experience in software testing; Proven experience and expertise in load, performance, and stress testing; integration testing; usability testing; security testing; regression testing; unit testing; black-box testing; system testing; Demonstrated experience working in agile environments and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams; Hands-on experience verifying the quality of medium- and high-complexity systems, including direct interaction with stakeholders and clients. **Mandatory Technical Knowledge for This Role** • Experience validating requirements and defining test scenarios using techniques such as use case analysis, acceptance criteria, and BDD (Behavior-Driven Development). • Proficiency in designing, documenting, and planning tests. • Experience with test and defect management tools (e.g., Jira, Testplan, or similar). • Familiarity with source code versioning tools (e.g., Git). • Knowledge of SQL for database data validation. • Experience in API testing using tools such as Postman or Insomnia. • Experience in load and performance testing. • Experience working in agile environments using methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban. • Adherence to organizational or client-defined standards, processes, and guidelines. **Desirable/Preferred Knowledge** • Certifications related to quality assurance and testing (e.g., CTFL). • Knowledge of programming languages (.NET). • Knowledge of databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle). • Familiarity with test automation using Playwright. • Knowledge or experience in Function Point Analysis (IFPUG / SISP). • Experience in large-scale projects or projects involving public-sector clients. • Experience in regulated environments or software factory contracts. **Responsibilities and Duties** • Create, document, and maintain manual and automated test scenarios and cases. • Execute functional, regression, exploratory, and integration tests. • Perform API (REST/SOAP) testing using tools such as Postman, SoapUI, Insomnia, or similar. • Use test and defect management tools (Jira, Testplan, etc.). • Validate database data via SQL queries. • Participate in agile teams (Scrum/Kanban) throughout the development lifecycle, attending all agile ceremonies. • Support the development team in resolving defects by identifying risks and proposing improvements. • Prepare documentation and support the client’s acceptance process. • Review requirement specifications. • Manage the bug lifecycle. • Prepare quality assessment reports. • Support the development team. • Analyze items returned by the client. • Support the team lead in implementing processes ensuring delivery quality. • Prepare user manuals for systems delivered to clients. • Produce all necessary documentation regarding service levels, capacity, performance, and available solutions, and disseminate this information to relevant departments. • Manage access profiles to information, data, and resources. • Conduct training sessions, preparing syllabi and instructional materials, defining prerequisites, and selecting audiovisual resources. • Provide support as needed—identifying client needs, proposing process and functional changes, negotiating alternative solutions, and recommending adoption of new methods and techniques to align solutions with client needs. • Actively participate in agile ceremonies (planning, dailies, reviews, and retrospectives). • Identify risks, dependencies, and impacts. • Serve as a technical reference according to experience level, supporting other analysts when required. • Ensure compliance with contractual terms, internal policies, and industry best practices. **Behavioral Skills / Soft Skills** Self-development and continuous pursuit of professional improvement. • Active collaboration with the team. • Results-oriented mindset. • Ability to prioritize tasks. • Systemic vision to understand impacts, dependencies, and holistic operation of solutions and processes. • Analytical ability and attention to detail. • Clear and concise verbal and written communication with both technical and functional audiences. • Active listening and negotiation skills. • Organization, autonomy, and sense of priority. • Proactivity in identifying and resolving problems. • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. • Commitment to deadlines, quality, and defined processes. • Interpersonal skills and collaborative teamwork. **Employment Contract Information** Compensation: To be negotiated, based on the career development plan.
