Review the profile below and apply! **Education** Completed undergraduate degree in Information Technology (Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields) **Mandatory Experience** Minimum of 3 (three) years of experience as a full-stack developer in Python, NextJS, and Flutter, verified by official documentation issued by a public or private legal entity. **Mandatory Technical Knowledge for This Role** * Flutter. * NextJS. * Python. * FastAPI. * N8N. * PostgreSQL. * Supabase. * Neo4j. * Use Case design pattern. * CQRS. * Event-Driven Architecture. * Messaging systems. * Docker. * SDD (Specification-Driven Development). * TDD. * DDD. * Proficiency in Git-based code versioning. * Familiarity with CI/CD and Azure Pipelines. * Experience with agile methodologies, preferably SCRUM. * Understanding of the entire application lifecycle (concept, design, testing, release, support, documentation, etc.). **Preferred Qualifications / Desirable Knowledge** * Hands-on experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue.js, or Angular), applying componentization concepts and SPA architecture; * Knowledge of testing tools and execution of unit tests; * Technical English for reading and interpreting documentation; * Experience with black-box and white-box testing; * NoSQL databases (Redis, Elasticsearch, MongoDB); * Experience with microservices. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop modern web applications using the specified technologies and following agile development principles; * Implement new features and modules into existing systems; * Develop and maintain high-performance, secure RESTful APIs; * Implement and evolve the presentation layer, ensuring performance, usability, and best practices in componentization; * Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality; * Participate in code reviews and collaborate on development and architectural best practices; * Work with code versioning and continuous integration; * Collaborate with the team on technical decisions and solution evolution; * Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code; * Work collaboratively within a team, engaging with other developers, designers, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of solutions; * Participate in sprint reviews and validations to ensure deliverable quality; * Maintain and enhance systems, ensuring stability and performance; * Improve application performance and usability; * Fix bugs and implement improvements in already-deployed systems; * Document code, APIs, and development processes to facilitate maintenance and understanding by other team members; * Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand and meet business requirements; * Actively participate in agile ceremonies (planning, dailies, reviews, and retrospectives); * Identify and report risks, dependencies, and impacts. **Behavioral Skills / Soft Skills** * Clear and concise communication with both technical and functional audiences; * Active listening; * Organization, autonomy, and sense of priority; * Proactivity in identifying and solving problems; * Commitment to deadlines, quality, and defined processes; * Interpersonal skills and collaborative teamwork; * Planning and activity management; * Initiative and creativity. **Contract Information** Compensation: To be negotiated, based on the career plan.
