Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, managing pharmacy technical documentation, and supporting the dispensing of medical and hospital supplies. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure regulatory compliance with health surveillance 2. Manage pharmacy technical documentation and suppliers 3. Support medication separation and dispensing Job Description: **Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday)** **Responsibilities:** * Ensure all necessary procedures and documents required for operations before health surveillance; * Manage pharmacy technical documentation related to supplier qualification, waste management, temperature control, cleaning, traceability, and delivery tracking of medications and medical\-hospital supplies; * Ensure contracted suppliers provide sanitary license documents, technical responsibility declarations, and operating permits; * Control psychotropic medications; * Support the separation and dispensing process of medical supplies and medications. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy with active CRF registration; * Intermediate Microsoft Office skills; * Strong interpersonal skills; * Agility, commitment, proactivity, and organizational skills.
